all athletes a healthy Mexican buffet as
post race food. Special Chicken stew, beef,
chicken, pork or cheese enchiladas, fresh
local fruit, ranch beans, a variety of
quesadillas and corn tortillas. |

Traditional Mexican Chicken Vegetable soup, chicken
and beef burritos, tortilla chips, rice,
beans and green salad.
